About the Founder

Makino has over 30 years of hands-on experience in international seafood trading, After graduating from a college in Montana, USA, he returned to Japan to work at Kobe`s central wholesale seafood market. He later joined Nichimo Co., Ltd., and was stationed in Dalian, China, where he managed local operations for nearly two decades. in 2023, he founded his own trading firm in Kobe.
